Ken Blackwell, whatever description for "African-American" a Republican wants to call himself, ran for Governor of Ohio against white guy Ted Strickland in 2006.

Blackwell didn't get very much of the "Hey, they voted for the black guy because he's black" black vote.

Then Kasich blamed the loss of 400K jobs in Ohio on Strickland, including a commercial where Kasich blamed the loss of an Ohio-originated business on Strickland ... despite the fact that said business was a heavy contributor to Republicans and Kasich.

...Blackwell is a fuck by every measure. It is hard to imagine anyone with a single functional brain cell voting for this asshat. I don't care what color, creed, or heritage. Only the stupid could even consider this jag off. I wouldn't vote for him for dog catcher.

They seated him in a resturant next to us a couple years ago and, in the middle of our meal we stood up and asked for a new table.
