You may remember Jack Hoffman’s 69-yard touchdown run from the Huskers’ spring game on April 6. Within a month, he was honored in the Nebraska Legislature, the U.S. Senate and even met President Barack Obama.
Upper Deck immortalized the 7-year-old star and cancer patient on a trading card in April. This week, his touchdown run was nominated for the “Best Moment” ESPY Award.
Now, there’s this.
According to a Yardbarker report, the custom cover was designed by a user in an Operation Sports online gaming forum. @SEC_Logo tweeted out the image June 27, prompting this reply from Hoffman’s camp:
