Even in FL law "repeatedly follow where a reasonable person would have fear" (mine) fits EXACTLY what Zimmerman did...
The 'repeatedly' doesn't have to be a specific time span...it could be long or short intervals days or seconds iiuc

Not having one was the main concern, when it looked at first like Z wouldn't even be arrested.
