2. I don't believe he approached.

Could be where Zimmerman was sitting was the direction Trayvon was going in the first place or could be Zimmerman just lied.

Zimmerman was following him in the vehicle and watching him. He told his friend on the phone that a "creepy cracker" was following him. That would be enough to make me run.

13. Trayvon may have approached, just wondering who it was

following him. Maybe wondering if it was someone he knew. The "creepy ass cracker" comment may have come after he got close enough to see that Zimmerman was in fact a stranger, following him, watching him, staring at him, and generally acting creepy as hell.

3. Zimmerman's story is such a pile of crap, nothing Zimmerman said is to be believed.

For all we know, This could have been the point when Trayvon saw the gun. Zimmerman's tale of self-defense is a fabrication.

This was the moment that Zimm -somehow- revealed or indicated that he was armed.

That he reparked it down that cul-de-sac when Martin walked from the mailbox area towards his home.

Ever been followed by a vehicle when on foot after dark, with a stranger intently watching you?

9. Yes, when I was just a couple of years older than Trayvon, I was walking home from work, late

at night when a couple of drunk guys in a car started following and harassing me.

I was scared enough that when a car with a young woman and a young man stopped and asked if I wanted a ride to get away from those guys, I accepted.

Later, I thought about the possiblilty that the young mand and woman who picked me up might have been working in concert with the drunks and I could have been in BIG trouble... (Fortunately, they were just good samaitans.)

It's a big, bad, scary world out there and sometimes every choice is fraught with dangers.

8. So we're supposed to believe that Trayvon running was setting a trap?

If you run - you are frightened...something scared him off, and he went from "checking him out" to fleeing.

Think Zimm had his pistol parked on the dash of his car...?

If Trayvon ran, it's because he was SCARED.

12. Maybe to lose his stalker? His 12-year-old sibling was home alone where he was headed

perhaps he wanted to shake the creepy guy before leading him to his home?

Hell, Z is 20-something and HE wouldn't even say his address out loud to the police dispatcher because he was worried about someone following HIM home! So how is a kid going to think about the same situation????
