http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2013/07/questions-george-zimmerman-trial?google_editors_picks=true

*snipping out all but 5 questions*

Did Zimmerman want to shoot Martin?

Who was on top when the shots were fired?

Who was screaming on the 911 recording?

How good was Zimmerman at mixed martial arts?

What if Zimmerman did not commit second-degree murder?

1) Did Zimmerman want to prevent Martin from getting away?
2) Did Martin have reason and the right to self-defense?
3) Did Zimmerman identify himself to Martin, or the reason he was following him?
4) Did Zimmerman use reasonable effort to try to defend himself before shooting?
5) If Martin wanted to attack Zimmerman, why didn't he use the one "weapon" he was carrying, the drink can? (it was found in the pocket of his sweatshirt on his dead body)

Obviously Zimmerman wanted to shoot Martin because he did. The gun didn't go off by itself.

It doesn't matter who was on top. It matters who had the gun, where was it and who was more scared for their life and had more of a reasonable right to be scared for their life.

Doesn't matter who was screaming. Could have been either for various reasons. Personally, I see no way that it was Zimmerman screaming because of his claim that he was being smothered in which case he couldn't have screamed and certainly not continuously and that the screaming abruptly stopped with the gunshot.

Doesn't matter how good Zimmerman was with MMA. He claimed that the whole time he was supposedly being pummeled to within an inch of his life he did nothing at all with his hands and arms which any reasonable person unable to get away would have tried to fight with no fighting experience whatsoever. Self-preservation is ingrained in us all.

If he didn't commit 2nd degree murder which I think he did given his ill intent, he most certainly committed manslaughter. Because of all his lies he knew he was guilty from the start. Otherwise there would have been no need to lie. Further, no reasonable person would not be moved by having killed someone even when they had no other option. The fact that Zimmerman said right on national tv that he had no remorse, would do it again and that it was all God's plan shows exactly how foul his character is.
