I don't think we or the media can take to much in the jury asking a pretecular question

Juries are tricky just because there asking a question about a charge doesn't mean there going to settle on that charge Im listening to MSNBC and the black prosecutor is saying this is bad news for the defense hold your horse fellow don't get to excited

The jury has already had plenty of time to lurch to the 2nd degree charge or the pure self defense claim, and someone (or two) probably needs some convincing as to why the middle ground is not an appropriate compromise with what the others have decided.
