Freepers apoplectic over Zimmerman jury asking a question about manslaughter

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3042577/posts

The Freepers are heavily invested in seeing to it that gun worshipping racists are able to kill minorities in their neighborhoods at will.

Yup! It looks as though the girls intend to give Holder’s Black Pampers something to keep them cooled down.

IMO the fact that they didn’t declare him not guilty within an hour means the jurors are idiots.

I’ve been saying all along that the wildcard here is the all female jury. I cannot believe the defense allowed this to happen. This is a very simple case. Most of what was presented was fluff and distraction. The fact that they are asking this question and that they have been out so long indicates that they are way over-thinking this thing. Emotion is ruling over logic.

I have watched every one of their stupid moves and wondered how they could be so unaware of how badly they were coming across to all women, and right in front of the women who would be deciding this case.

are just as bad, IMO.

It's a good thing that jury is composed of women. They're more detail oriented and careful in reviewing details, IMO. I have faith they'll be fair and judge based on the evidence. Whatever their decision is.

(Looks like it may be manslaughter, which I said from long ago was a possibility...I never saw evidence of murder. But I don't know if manslaughter is appropriate...I'd have to deliberate all the evidence at a table with other jurors before deciding that.)

going on, with evidence gathered and THEN charges would then be considered.
It appeared to have been stalled without even interviewing all witnesses... the witnesses themselves were outraged.

The mantra back then was "They didn't even arrest him! We just want an arrest."

When the investigation was finished, the local DA thoroughly reviewed the case and concluded there wasn't enough evidence for a prosecution. Didn't faze the people who just wanted "assurance."

so looking into it was completely appropriate. the SPD fucked up big time, and had pretty much given up.
that injustice was corrected, and was charged appropriately. he had no ration explanation and no evidence that the shooting was warranted, so here we are.

"Most of what they presented was fluff and distraction." I'm assuming that "they" refers to the defense team.

And to be fair t the defense team: if I were accused of a crime, I would hire them. The vast majority of the facts are against them, and all they have is smoke and mirrors, but they're putting on a show like Siegfried and Roy. Of course, it's highly unlikely that I'll ever be accused of a crime, and impossible that anyone will have any evidence against me.
