Do you know what a General Warrant was?

At the time of the American Revolution British law allowed for "general warrants" that gave sweeping police powers without specificity.

The 4th Amendment was written, and ratified, specifically to outlaw general warrants.

If general warrants are necessary to combat terrorists (aka "today's super animals, like the flying squirrel and the electric eel" —a Simpson's reference... it's why the NRA says hunters need assault weapons) then general warrants are necessary to combat terrorism, That is a tautological loop than cannot be refuted.

But to say general warrants are constitutional is quite a stretch
