From "The Hill":
Boehner: I'd hit the road too with Obama's low poll numbers

Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) may want to make like President Obama and hit the road soon.
When the Speaker was asked on Wednesday about the presidents speeches around the country to promote his economic plan, he replied by citing Obamas lackluster approval ratings.
Im not going to speak to what the president is doing or why hes doing it, Boehner told reporters. If I had poll numbers as low as his, Id probably be out doing the same thing if I were him.
The Speakers poll numbers, though, are even lower than the presidents, according to a recent NBC News/Wall Street Journal survey.
The poll gave Obama a 45 percent job approval rating and found that 48 percent of respondents had a positive or very positive opinion of him. By contrast, just 18 percent of respondents had a positive or very positive opinion of Boehner.
When a reporter murmured that the Speakers numbers were actually worse than Obamas, Boehner repeated, if I were him, and went on to the next question.
Typical Republican, just pulling stuff out of thin air without any info!!
