To me, the physical resemblance is uncanny.
As are the despicable demagogics and self serving political posturings of both.

I lived through McCarthyism.
It was very, very ugly.
Cruzism is worse.
Much worse.

I always though humanity progressed , McCarthy was from the 1950s so what is the excuse for this slimy pus boil ?

much more dangerous. McCarthy was just a drunken demagogue. Cruz is very well educated and very smart. He won't make the same mistakes McCarthy made. He needs to be watched like a hawk and taken down at every opportunity. Otherwise this is one that (I fear) could actually make it to the White House.
