Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott: Four cases of voter I.D. fraud in eight years

There have been four cases of Voter I.D. fraud in the state of Texas since 2004 ... Attorney General Greg Abbott and Republican candidate for Texas governor has prosecuted each of these four cases ... Abbott has prosecuted 66 people for election fraud. Most have involved mail-in ballots ... One of the more recent incidents ... was committed by an employee of a county commissioner in Val Verde county in 2011. The fraud may have aided his reelection. But no one was .. prosecuted ... It took the Texas legislature three years to address mail-in ballot fraud ...
