So worried about people in Iowa coming under the scourge of marihuana.

He wants to know! How is Iowa gonna get paid to enforce laws the majority of people in this nation do not want?

Since people are ignoring the law in his state.

The argument for prohibition really comes down to this: is this substance so dangerous that it should have the restrictions upon it that now exist.

The answer is no.

That's the entire discussion. Everything else is political pork pulling.
