Morning Joe Scum has lost its brew

http://www.mediaite.com/tv/msnbcs-morning-joe-is-no-longer-brewed-by-starbucks/
<snip>
Eagle-eyed Dorsey Shaw of BuzzFeed noticed today that Morning Joe co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski were drinking from decidedly un-Starbucks looking beverages, and that the show’s long-running tagline “Brewed by Starbucks” had been missing for a couple of weeks.

Sure enough, Morning Joe did in fact lose their endorsement.

“The formal partnership ended several weeks ago,” an MSNBC spokesperson wrote to Mediaite. “MSNBC and Starbucks had a successful partnership for more than four years and we’re looking forward to working on new projects together in the future.” There was no word on what caused the split.

Who like burnt coffee?

I don't.

I despise Starbucks. Monopolistic assholes.

It at least has the virtue of being cheaper but it's still not worth drinking.

What do you guys drink? I don't understand why people like dark roasts, which most seem to drink. I get the lightest roasted beans I can (which also have more caffiene, not less, which is just the opposite of what people think). I'm partial to light roasted pea berry types. My standby is a medium roasted Colombian, but that's more out of convenience (big ol' bag bought from Costco) than anything.

What do you drink? Im always searching for something good!

These days we drink Cafe Blue but any blue mountain is good for me. Of course I live in Jamaica or I could never afford it.

Funny but anything I've tried here at home that was branded Jamaican Blue Mountain didn't taste a bit like what I remembered drinking in Jamaica.

At any rate my memories of that coffee are much nicer than my memories of that marriage!

I do drink coffee every morning but not the shit that starbucks serves. I brew my own, well my wife is the brewer actaully, I'm only the drinker

We do have a starbucks plastic cup that came from somewhere, not sure where or who though. The last thing I want my coffee in is a plastic cup.
