He spoke last night sometime between about 9 and 10 as I recall and he sure seemed drunk to me. He was mumbling, slurring his words, and wavering in his stance. It was noticeable enough that I posted something about it here as it was going on. He got off the floor pretty quickly and I swear it looked to me like he was stumbling as he walked away from the mike.
