What kind of companies are participating? The big name ones like Blue Cross, Aetna, United Healthcare? Just wondering, I hope it's not all just smaller companies which most HC providers won't accept.

(579 posts)I got through but during sign-up we're asked for three security questions. Problem is, the security question dropdowns don't contain security questions. In other words, I can't proceed to sign up. That was on FireFox 20.0.1 on OSX 10.8.5. I'm going to try on Google Chrome next and see what happens.

(38,187 posts)I rebooted my computer and tried again later and it still did it. After that, I waited a while and tried again. It finally let me get through that step, but then said my first name, last name, and email were not unique and would not let me create an account. Trust me, my name and my email are unique. I'm supposing there is another meaning for "unique" in this case.
I tried several times over several hours and still no luck. I never could get through. I thought it might be because the server was maybe overloaded with so many people on it at once. So, I decided to wait until later.
I'll try again later in the week. If I still cannot get through, I guess it is time to go buy a land line phone. All my phones are wireless and the batteries will die if I am on hold the 30 minutes they predicted for wait times if using the phone number.
