And compound the shutdown with the debt ceiling
in an attempt to totally crash the government.
What they have in mind as replacement? Who knows.
But you can bet the republicans are polishing up their jackboots.

...until the complaints from voters affected overwhelm the call from Tea Party members.

From what I read, the Republicans have decided to stand firm for the moment.

Hubby and I have a trip to Europe planned (Oct 28). I'm ordering euros today--cash and carry on our trip--
because I'm afraid of some very serious repercussions (not the least of which is the total collapse of
the dollar) before the end of October. I will not have these fucking Republicans ruin our trip.
