They feel they should not be required to be a part of civil society and if they have an accident or get sick they plan on letting others take care of them and pay their bills. It is off to the Emergency Room for them and the Hell with everyone else...They would not carry auto insurance if it were not required either..They want to put the burden on others as all the Red States currently do..They receive far more back than they give...and then act as if they are being punished for it..
