The shutdown strikes again: Military wife trapped in abusive marriage

The base has all of my documentation, so I can’t take it anywhere. I kept it restricted for my safety until I had a plan. I honestly don’t know what to do…I’m not even allowed to leave the house. Closest civ. DV center is not a place I can get to..
