The GOP Double Whammy. Take Away The ACA From Already Registered And Deny Their Vote

They are that evil. They will try to stop all ACA activity and take away the vote of the registrants as well. WALA the GOP does not pay for its malfeasance.

If you're talking about people who are registered to vote, they are separate processes. It is possible (although I don't think it is fully decided yet) that there may be an opportunity to vote at the same time as you enroll in an exchange insurance plan, but that would be similar to other opportunities to register when you interact with government entities - like getting a driver's license. Voting registration is still a function of the Board of Elections (which may be facilitated, but is not under the control of other government entities).
