Here's what I just posted on EVERY MSNBC show's Facebook page:

Dear (fill in the name of the host here) -
PLEASE!!!
MAKE THEM STOP IMMEDIATELY - claiming President Obama hasn't reached out to these people!!! AGAIN AND AGAIN he's extended his hand to them, over the last five years and all they've done, consistently, is spit into it.
WHY does no one on MSNBC EVER remind viewers how many times President Obama DID reach out to the GOP??? WHY is no one on your network reminding us about:
1) The cocktail parties the Obamas wanted to reintroduce at the White House when they first moved in - that republi-CONS were invited to en masse - and EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM turned the invitation down. NOBODY showed up.
2) The countless invitations to watch the Super Bowl in the White House. EVERY LAST ONE OF THE GOP who was invited TURNED IT DOWN.
3) The countless invitations to White House State Dinners with visiting dignitaries and world leaders. OVER AND OVER AGAIN, the Obamas invited republi-CONS. EVERY LAST ONE of the GOP refused the invitation. No-shows yet again.
4) The many invitations to White House screenings of either new movies OR Oscar-nominated films (during Oscar season) - invitations GALORE to the GOP - and NOT ONE OF THEM showed up!!!
CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE STOP SAYING OBAMA HASN'T REACHED OUT TO THESE CREEPS?????? Just exactly HOW SHORT is MSNBC's collective memory?

With chuck todd, I posted a couple of things, and in a brief subtopic about the teabaggers, I added this:
"All they want is anarchy, anyway. They simply want to bring down the government. Why is this not being pointed out more vigorously? Oh, I forgot - you said that's not your job. Sorry..."

The clear CR has the Republican's budget numbers.

For goodness sake, Obama sold the Democrats down the river time and again to meet the demands of the Republicans (ACA is one horrible example--it is the Republicans' healthcare plan) and yet the Republicans never budge. If we must bring the nation and the world to their knees not to cave into Republican blackmail, then better now than later. That their blakmail has worked in the past is the very reason we are where we are now. It will only get worse.

That Obama hasn't made an effort to be FRIENDS with the republicans.

"Sure they're opponents, but they should be friends and work together!
Like Tip ONeill and Reagan! Don't believe me? Check out my new book about that!" -Chris Matthews. *

build rapport with their opponents by waving to them from the WH balcony. Social events are ideally set up to do this but they can't even be utilized if the invited refuse to show!

And something else, too: nobody bothers to point out that the very ACA - its very SELF - is a freakin' compromise!!! In and of ITSELF!!! The whole damn thing!!!!

Remember when it was in formation and we were all debating it - and everybody everywhere was debating it? And how so many of us wanted single-payer or at least the public option? And we all eventually gave in and people like fucking Ben Nelson had to be appeased by delays and modifications of all kinds? And remember when most of us held our noses and cheered what they all finally settled on? WE ALREADY COMPROMISED UP THE YING-YANG!!!

Btw:

We need to rub this in their noses and talk over them and yell louder than they do and throw a shitstorm. Look how far it's gotten the bad guys? Our side really needs to muscle up!
