why does it seem like i'm being forced to sign up for this crap every few weeks ? usually through youtube.
i select option which i assume is to not sign up for it but i end up on it anyways and then i need to find a way to get rid of it which they seem to make thougher to find.

if you have that and click on it the options for maps and other things will be shown.

I know a private investigator that says he lost a lot of background check jobs from employers and prospective in laws because "these 20 somethings just let their dirty laundry out for all to see on Facebook"

(32,707 posts)get you to sign up. Unless I sign up for it, I can no longer review android apps or businesses. Also, many people signed up with youtube, etc. anonymously, and now they want to force everyone to use their full names on every google product.
There's nothing wrong with "real name" social sites like facebook, or linked in, but users knew up front what they were getting into it.
One of these days I'm going to accidentally agree to it because it pops up when you least expect.

(1,569 posts)It was a pain to delete and it still changed my email to to somehow be connected to this deleted account. I may end up leaving gmail because of it.
