Anyway, I thought the Clean CR everybody was asking for now had absolutely nothing but the continuing resolution in it - if it has cuts, that IS bad indeed!
Or (likely) I don't understand what a CR is.

2. A Continueing Resolution is to keep everything as it is for a given length of time

We are living under "Sequestration" and that will continue under a CR whether it is clean or not because Democrats have asked for nothing.. NOTHING..
