Pride Goes Before the Fall.Have they learned anything? Are they awake and aware of how utterly ridiculous they sound. The Grand Old Party is being led around by the nose by the Tea Potty. They are whining recalcitrant children, that throw tantrum after tantrum. It's about me! They lie, cheat and steal. There is not one truthful word coming out of their mouths. Not one!
It is never about us, it's about them, they don't give a damn about this country or what she stands for. That is why they do not deserve to be in power, they do not deserve to lead, they most certainly do not deserve to hold the reins of this country. They behave like willful children and should damn well be sent to the naughty mat for the duration of their lives.
They have become the leaches of society. They are trying to suck us dry. They want the power to over rule us as a people. I for one am sick to death of them all!
Dennis Ross, GOP Rep: 'Pride' Is Why Republicans Won't Budge On Government Shutdown

WASHINGTON -- With the government shutdown in its fifth day, many Republicans have conceded the fight is no longer about Obamacare. Rep. Dennis Ross (R-Fla.) added his name to the list on Saturday, saying the matter now boils down to "pride."
Republicans have to realize how many significant gains weve made over the last three years, and we have, not only in cutting spending but in really turning the tide on other things," Ross told The New York Times. "We cant lose all that when theres no connection now between the shutdown and the funding of Obamacare."
"I think now its a lot about pride," he added.

But many of his colleagues, particularly in the House GOP's right flank, have refused to back down. Comments made by Rep. Marlin Stutzman (R-Ind.) last week underscore Ross' suggestion that many Republicans believe what's at stake is no longer a matter of policy but one of pride.
"We're not going to be disrespected ... We have to get something out of this. And I don't know what that even is," Stutzman said.

Oh this is rich, Mr Ross

The Repugs have made these gains? Really wow great job cutting spending, ah wait a second. How much did it cost the taxpayers for all those fascinating Benghazi hearings. Oh and the forty plus attempts to overturn Obamacare.
And about that shutdown, 300 million per day! Great job guys, to the party of fiscal responsibility! You can kiss my ass, then kiss your own goodbye as we vote you out in 2014!

One can be proud when they've accomplished something worthy.
