Boehner won't pass a clean CR and says as much.
The President won't sign a CR that isn't clean and says as much.

Perhaps we need to make it clear to Johnny Boehner that at this point he needs to negotiate to even keep the sequester.

He's bad enough as it is. NBC is really scraping the bottom of the barrel with her. Wasn't Rachel Maddow available??? Or, Lawrence O'Donnell??? Hell, even Al Sharpton would've been infinitely better.

Throwing facts at Rand Paul and he's struggling....having to pause before answering questions, he looks tired and defeated and speaks like he doesn't even believe in what he's saying anymore.

I see too much of her on The Toady Show, and even there she's not all that great. Good to hear that she's going after Randy Paul. Maybe there's hope for her yet.

Can't stand Gregory and wasn't even going to watch when I saw he was on, but (and I can't believe I'm saying this) was pleasantly surprised.

No David Gregory, Schmuck Todd, Billo the Clown...

I guess Guthrie is a lawyer, so maybe her lawyerly instincts are kicking in today.

However, I suspect the President has some options he will use if we get to D-day without an agreement.

this is a right wing trashing of the democrats....now let's trash the fact that there has been too much web traffic on the website for ACA

The purse strings are with Congress. If they don't want to do their own jobs then there's not a whole lot any of us can do except fire the deadbeats.

All the President can do is be a mediator between warring factions in Congress and use what few tools he has if they fail to get the job done. Contrary to the claims he's not a dictator.

Will he be ready the next time where the whim of GOP co. is, say, profitising Social security?
Or the time after that when the whim may be elimination of the minimum wage?
Or the time after that where GOP co. demands _____________? Just pick something on their wish list.

This is not about the ACA. The republican menace will continue to take hostages until they are stopped.
Weather defiance or surrender, it will be painful.
