does anybody know anything about "Signs of the Times Alternative News for People who Think"???

http://www.sott.net/

seems kind of conspiracy oriented so I didn't want to look around too much - is it right wing or???

Never heard of it. Somebody sent me an article on heart disease from it.

so much so that it's beyond 'left' or 'right'. If there's something there about heart disease, don't take its word for anything (it may well be selling some homeopathic snake oil); look for the basics of the claim, and do a web search for an alternative source. Just about anywhere is more reliable.

heh, yeah - the guy who sent it leans right-libertarian, but mostly he loves to be on the edge and that seems to be the perfect site for him
