are a front for something else, often hard to tell.

4. It's *very* conspiracy, alternative medicine and supernatural oriented

so much so that it's beyond 'left' or 'right'. If there's something there about heart disease, don't take its word for anything (it may well be selling some homeopathic snake oil); look for the basics of the claim, and do a web search for an alternative source. Just about anywhere is more reliable.
