so much so that it's beyond 'left' or 'right'. If there's something there about heart disease, don't take its word for anything (it may well be selling some homeopathic snake oil); look for the basics of the claim, and do a web search for an alternative source. Just about anywhere is more reliable.

heh, yeah - the guy who sent it leans right-libertarian, but mostly he loves to be on the edge and that seems to be the perfect site for him
