We have them here in MD and my polling place is in a nursing home, last year they sent us so many large-print voter information packets that was all they used there.

But this was ridiculous -- it was like a 7-point font. It didn't occur to ne to ask for a large-print ballot (and I'm not sure they work with the scanners anyway). But really, one shouldn't have to do that. It wouldn't be that hard to produce ballots that were easily readable by most of the voting population.

....with a RED ink pen. Dudes, I'm eff-in' COLOR-BLIND! Specifically, RED-GREEN color-blind! (It's called deuteranopia, if you want to look it up--it occurs in 16 percent of the male population fer crissakes!) And I have to sign my name in invisible ink?? WTF?
