Romney the Racketeer - Fed Ct - UpDate December 10, 2013 - Preliminary RICO Case Statement

Yours truly, as an executive of eToys.com and a fiduciary who blew the whistle on Romney the Racketeer, found it necessary to "Sue Romney for RICO in Fed Court" on October 18, 2013.

An "1st Amended Complaint" was filed thereafter (See Complaint part 1 - part 2 and part 3).

Resultantly - the Fed Ct assigned the Honorable Justice Stephen V. Wilson;
who issued the "New Case Order".

Purportedly, many federal courts require, of those who file Civil Racketeering Complaints as "Private Attorney Generals" - to do as prosecutors must - by disclosing the entire case against the Defendants, up front. Upon receiving an Order from the court stipulating a pre-determined outline of issues/facts; a plaintiff then is required (usually within 20/30 days) to supply a "RICO Case Statement".

While yours truly is anticipating such will come soon enough, in anticipation of such;
a submission of a "Preliminary RICO Case Statement" was Clocked into the docket record today.

Stay Tuned...

much - much more, to come![br]

"I am deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Mandela. His was a life filled with purpose and hope; hope for himself, his country and the world.

"He inspired others to reach for what appeared to be impossible and moved them to break through the barriers that held them hostage mentally, physically, socially and economically. He made us realise, we are our brother's keeper and that our brothers come in all colours.

"What I will remember most about Mr.Mandela is that he was a man whose heart, soul and spirit could not be contained or restrained by racial and economic injustices, metal bars or the burden of hate and revenge.

"He taught us forgiveness on a grand scale. His was a spirit born free, destined to soar above the rainbows. Today his spirit is soaring through the heavens. He is now forever free."

Both paid extremely high prices compared to what I've suffered; and still prevailed.

Thinking of them (and JFK, MLK, Gandhi) - gave me hope - when it appeared hopeless.

He deserves the rest; but the world still needs him.

to some of their asshole friends' campaigns, or think tanks, or some other such waste. The one and only thing that's beneficial about the teabaggers! Now that john cornyn has a bagger challenger, that's money the RNC is gonna have to spend defending him that they weren't expecting to have to shell out defensively. They'd prefer blowing it all against Dems.

Being that ALL (each and every one) of the more than 100 crimes alleged - are True;

they simply CAN"T respond.

Either must shut case down - or shut yours truly down;
they can not permit this case to go to trial.
