Unbelievable. FOIA requests for her emails reveal Chris Nicastro, the MO State Education Commissioner, is working to abolish teacher tenure and she is conspiring with a private foundation to privatize an entire school district. So she's being pressured to step down. And today Mike Jones, a state school board member said:

"I think transparency is fairly overrated. Transparency is a liberal fetish. It’s way overemphasized.”
