Can anyone who understands ebay auctions explain why it's dropping?

Also if the seller blocks a specific buyer they cannot bid or buy any item the seller has listed.
Any of these could remove a bid.

If there is too much activity on the account before fully verified they will examine it closer and potentially close the account.
