Zimmerman's ebay sale dropped below 100,000

This morning it was listed at 108 bids and 110,000+. Now it's reading 107 bids and it's 99,000+.

I don't know what's going on, but now the bidding is down to 95,100 with only 94 bids.

Can anyone who understands ebay auctions explain why it's dropping?

7. Some bids can be nullified by the bidders and if eBay discovers a shill bidder they

will cancel that bid themselves.
Also if the seller blocks a specific buyer they cannot bid or buy any item the seller has listed.
Any of these could remove a bid.

15. unconfirmed account and the same IP address as the selling account. the tech geeks have their ways.

a confirmed account has a linked bank account validated by Paypal etc.
If there is too much activity on the account before fully verified they will examine it closer and potentially close the account.

A: Thanks for your question, The paint was donated to me by a great friend (J.S.), as far as I know it is regular household latex paint. I know its not the fanciest, but it is what we had and I needed to put these visions onto the blank canvas as soon as possible. Your friend, GZ @therealGeorgeZ
