3 mistakes anti-gay idiots tend to make when discussing LGBT issues.

1) They reduce it all down to sex.

2) They assume it's all a matter of choice.

3) They lump it all together with things it is not, things like bestiality.

Mr. Duck Dynasty made all three ASSumptions right out of the chute, so much for his down home wisdom.

Because that's the way these idiots seem to think gay relationships work. Like no other aspects of attraction or feelings are involved at all.

4. Look at some of the forums like Yahoo

Virtually every hateful, ugly and bigoted comment they make about gay folks concentrates on the sexual aspect (and almost always the backside)...they have absolutely no concept of simple things like love, caring, affection, loyalty and commitment. I'm no psychiatrist but it seems clear to me that they're obsessed with the clinical details and probably a lot of guilt. It's sad, really.

I think this is just one in a series of media/online sideshows we'll see on our slow, sometimes-stupid national lurch toward more enlightened thinking. But then again, if his comments about African-Americans in the South are any example, maybe he is just stupid and dim-witted.
