Right wing supporting Duck Dynasty are just going to make their image worse
This show has a HUGE following of about 11 million viewers and it's not just rednecks. Several of my friends watch it and some are liberals. I watched it a couple of times and there was some amusing stuff and they can be quite witty, but it really didn't interest me much. However, conservatives who watch the show, many who are not rednecks (at least on the outside) 
are not thinking how this is going to look to the other 290 million people who don't watch the show. To middle America and many, many yuppie Conservatives these guys look like (and turns out are) complete, red neck, long hair, idiots just doing more gay bashing and making Christians look bad. They won't understand the cry of people like Palin to support these guys. I really hope they rally their asses off because this is exactly the type of image that is decimating the Republican party right now.
