Does anyone know what
the count difference was in Virginia's recount? Was it so far off that some tampering should have been suggested by the repubs to diminish the Dems votes? The repub candidate conceded when it looked like he was going to lose by so much more than originally, so why did the Dems have such a low count to begin with?
