His fans love him all the more, he gets his name in all the papers, and now he can make duck calls and weigh his money on the scale at the Tiger Truck Stop without ever having to be on TV again.

Now they'll get to take those petitions his defenders are racing to sign and the clips from Faux sNews as proof that the show has fans when they ask for more money. He's no dumb redneck. He's a businessman who just got free PR. That and the hypochristians are falling over themselves to go buy his shit that they sell at walmaart as well.
