Are ok but their Militarism is pretty obnoxious. Last I checked Christ was not a solider killing people in wars. For me whether it comes from the pseduo science of overpopulation or right wing wars of imperialism in either culture or materials, the killing of humans is as evil as it comes. Voluntary reduction of having children yes, or peaceful solutions with arab dictators yes. But war which kills many people needlessly, or manufacturing viruses that wipe out humanity, no thanks, by all means let nature develop its own viruses for us, and use our intelligence to treat those but the very notion one would need to manufacture a virus like Dr Pianka wants to do suggests his theory has no evidential basis of need to reduce the planet as the planet can take care of us itself, to intervene artificially like that is evil, anti progressive (nothing more unprogressive than rich scientist occult elite surviving whilst the rich go to their undeground bunkers to avoid said manufacture virus) and shows an unwarranted and irrational hatred of humanity. If these people are right about nature fighting back, then leave it to nature to decide if we should be here, whilst making our own efforts to use non oil fuels. Humans have a vast intellect to chuck in the towel and decide to choose the inhumane route to cure a "problem" they haven't even waited for evidence to prove exists. We can do much to live harmoniously with the planet,we can invent much more energy efficient ways, and technlogies which actually purify not pollute the planet, people claiming other wise are at best lazy, at worst even more dangerous than christian fundamentalists, that is esoteric fundamentalists, who believe we are fundamentally worthless, like bacteria. We are not, we contribute much art, culture, debate, technology to the universe. One day other races from space will see us and be sad, any one fell for occult based people claiming theories they hadn't proved (based on their notion they where superior to the rest of the planet) who actually hate us and who want our contribution to the universes space races to be far less than it should be. War is evil. So to is manufacturing viruses to kill humans, and that is just another type of war. And irony is most people who support it would also be killed by it, the ones making the viruses, well you can be certain they would survive.
