Evidently, someone named Pinksapphiret2 read it on her channel: http://m.
&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DVjl-xTA-RY0I'm flattered, but puzzled. Is this common?

Check your visitor stats and you'll probably see an influx in traffic as well.

(53,661 posts)6. This is good, riqster! I was on youtube constantly during the Bush years. Before livesream, it was
a great way to network with those who were protesting the Bush wars.
Many times there were huge demonstrations we organized that were blacked out on mainstream media. Not even on CSPAN.
A lot of things that were going on that were not covered on TV were being uploaded immediately to acccounts, not just the big demonstrations but all attempts to make public officials accountable.
It was frustrating as we knew people were out there, in many cities, and some of us would be watching television at the same time, and report if the media covered the events, or even acknowledged our existence.
They'd fill up the days of the protests just the way that Blund and Cranky describes, to not give any time to events.
There was no way they didn't know about them. Protests in NYC, DC, other big cities.
Nada!
Protests outside their studios.
Nada!
That made sure to make it appear that no one opposed Bush. I'd argue with people from other countries who called us all warmongers and onboard with Bush.
We had the youtube videos, but it wasn't on mainsteam media. So to the world, IT NEVER HAPPENED.
It was a real shock to those of us who protested Vietnam and the kind of coverage we got on the evening news then.
It's good that the blog is on youtube and I hope she gets a following for telling people what is going on.
I enjoyed the tone of voice she used and the questions she asked of viewers. Perhaps you can contact her directly and give her more to use?
She did ask for more input..
Thanks so much for posting.
