Is it my imagination, or did Cornyn just win the 'Political Attention Whore of the Year' Award?

How do you know when John Cornyn is running for re-election? When the Commander of Fort Hood calls a press conference to state the facts of what happened yesterday, and John Cornyn shows up to stand beside him and mug for the camera, hoping somebody might ask him a question.

The true political attention whores like Palin, Gohmert, Ryan, and both Pauls have set the bar too high for simple attention whoring like hoping for camera time at any tragic event to qualify.

Is there hope for the Lone Star State with these two clowns "representing" us? The saddest part is that Cornyn will probably get re-elected this fall.

Or bust him for being married to a WALL STREET EXECUTIVE. Cornyn...yeah, I fear that Texas may be stuck with him.
