The Bundy Ranch needs to meet Ed & Elaine Brown of NH

Edward Brown is scheduled for release on July 26, 2045, when he would be about 103 years old.[68] Elaine Brown is scheduled for release in November 2042; she would also be about 102 years old if released at that time.

Doing nothing and trying to do it by force are both bad ideas. Allowing this old bastard and his posse a victory is just asking for much more of the same.

Bundy and his cadre of armed ignoramuses may be high-fivin' themselves now, but the wheels of justice may be turning as we speak. Glad the initial confrontation was defused, but I expect that five years from now, Bundy will be regretting his choices.

and I venture a guess that if Bundy attempted another standoff after his conviction, the feds would have no compunction about moving in with all the force necessary - and then some.

of his nutter "troops", a little too much. He blathered all sorts of things, very likely incriminated himself. I hope the FBI or whichever agency goes after him is building a great criminal case, they should have plenty of material.
