ALL The powerfull indictments to sue former Bush administration before an international court!

Following various discussions in GD today.

Let's cite all the indictments for putting on trial former administration, and , if it happens one day ( and I higly doubt it) being the justice be done once for all.

- Liars to invade Iraq.
- Torture
-Guantanamo concentration camp
-War crimes in Iraq, and Afghanistan
- Terrorizing American people to sold them the idea of war in Iraq
-Various corruption
- Abusive measures into the Patriot Act
- Harrasment of antiwar activists
-Various intimadation to Democrats, and by extense, everyone who stood against their policies
-Election fraud both in 2000 and 2004.

Anymore, folks????

perhaps a different response would have been appropriate.

I would suggest learning how to spell, and especially how to construct sentences.

This may help you:

10. International Court?

I don't even think that is possible. The United States does not even fall under The Hague. The only way to do anything is in our own country and that would be The Congress!

But is there not any exceptions when it comes to violation of international laws, such as Geneva Conventions? Cf: Torturing Middle East POW?

It would cause all kinds of problems even if possible. He received permission from the Senate and House before starting the war. I am not sure that ignorance could be used by Democrats who voted for the war. Would we charge them too? See big mess which is one reason President Obama passed on doing anything.

Now I don't know what Bush and company said to them closed doors but again there is no way that anything will come about this for so many reasons. Do I agree? No but I understand why they won't go after them.

It's basically the biggest guns theory. The country with the biggest guns makes the rules about who can and cannot be prosecuted in an international court.

I did not realize you were French. After discovering that in this thread and re-reading your post it reads much like conversations I've had in conference calls with French speakers, both from Canada and from France.
