Warren's not running? Did anyone else interpret it this way?

OK, I still remember Nixon's careful choice of words so I may be overinterpreting here but...

Elizabeth Warren said I "am not running" for Pres. Present Tense.

She said nothing about what she may decide to do in 6 months or a year.

Jeez, primary season will be here soon enough. Enjoy the nice weather and live in the now. We'll have plenty of time later for the gnashing of teeth and.....

Fwiw I doubt she'll run, but we'll all wait and see.

All the speculation means we're being played, people.

Fight it, fuck them, they said she'd win in 2008.

Fuck that shit, then, and fuck it now.

The game is rigged, and not many in DC are willing to admit that.

8. No. There is nothing wrong with what she said. But people may not be hearing it correctly.

All the accounts I have read interpreted her statement as if she said "I definitely will not run for President in the 2016 election." That is not what she said. She may or may not run in the future, but she did not address the future.

Would I like her to run? Yes. Would I vote for her? Almost certainly. Do I ever give up on helping progressives and/or the most progressive available candidate get elected in every local, state & federal election? No.
