A buddy of mine made that. It's part of a satirical facebook page he made called "Christians For Michelle Bachman". He Photoshops a bunch of pictures. He even had one featured in a Tampa newspaper (only they thought it was real).

Heh, it was reused as #9. So the author of this article took it seriously as well...
