Everyone could have phone and dsl or better internet for 30 bucks or so.

Perhaps similar for cell phone and wireless internet

60 bucks if someone wanted all 4. maybe less.

and there still would be a profit imo

AT&T tried to buy them too, but the government said "Nope"

I have no complaints at all about T mobiles phone plans and its a good deal.

ATT announced its deal to acquire Cricket (aka Leap) in July 2013. The deal was approved by the FCC with conditions and completed more than two months ago.
