For most employers it's all about the money. They will become "religious" only if health insurance that includes contraceptive coverage costs the employer more than insurance that covers the costs of childbirth and potential complications. But I doubt very much that contraceptive coverage is more expensive than childbirth coverage.

That's not to say the Hobby Lobby case isn't a bad, stupid, dangerous decision; it is. But most of the closely-held corporations to which it applies won't suddenly become religious if they weren't already unless that would save them a significant amount of money.

They have been on hold until Hobbt Lobby was decided.
They will all move forward now.
