Boulder clerk refuses to stop issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples

DENVER — Boulder County’s clerk will continue issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples despite the threat of legal action by Colorado Attorney General John Suthers.

Hillary Hall made the announcement Tuesday after Suthers’ office agreed to give her more time to consider asking the state Supreme Court to rule whether she has the authority to issue the licenses.

Colorado’s constitution bans same-sex marriage.

Suthers’ office gave Hall until next week to consider offer, but told her to stop issuing the licenses immediately or face unspecified legal action.

various groups of haters, same individuals, across various hate targets by them. Maybe someone has done a study, but I sure bet there is a lot of crossover / overlap.

wanting to impose my "beliefs" on others. So "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" apparently that falls in the "belief" category unless we are speaking about ye ol' heterosexuals Have too many good mates to not know I was born heterosexual and they were BORN gay, did too much door to door knocking years back to get things changed here in Canada. It's a Civil Rights issue and its Righteous as Hell!

That was the school (UC-Boulder) that named their cafeteria the Alferd G. Packer Memorial Grill.
Unfortunately, nobody in the legislature looked up who Alferd G. Packer was.

From Wikipedia:
In 1968, students at the University of Colorado Boulder named their new cafeteria grill the "Alferd G. Packer Memorial Grill" with the slogan "Have a friend for lunch!" Students can order an "El Canibal" beefburger and on the wall is a giant map outlining Packer's travels through Colorado.[13]

He was a cannibal in one of those snowbound expeditions!
