When you give up your citizenship you can no longer vote, so if a Corporateperson

moves offshore, should they have the right to influence elections, pay off candidates, and spend all the ad money they like (oops freespeech money) to affect our voting preferences?

But if they immigrate to another country by paying taxes there instead of paying taxes here, than the argument makes a certain amount of sense.

Do dual citizens have to pay taxes in both nations?
