Man wakes up to find strange woman cooking breakfast in his kitchen

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -

A Colorado Springs man woke up to find a strange woman cooking breakfast in his kitchen Wednesday morning.

The incident happened at the Fountain Hill Apartments in the 2300 block of E. Fountain Blvd.

Police say the woman got into the apartment through an unlocked door. She left before police arrived.

I brought home an interesting one last night. Still processing what sort of woman goes home with a guy on a Tuesday night. I never expected her to agree to it. She seems nice. Might be a keeper.

I've been married to her for 52 years but she is sort of strange.

She really knows just how to cook the bacon so it's just midway between chewy and crispy.
