The 99% Spring

This Spring We Rise!

April 9-15 we will gather across America, 100,000 strong, in homes, places of worship, campuses and the streets to train ourselves in non-violent action and join together in the work of reclaiming our country. History is calling; it’s time to step up.

Be safe. I am old enough to remember Kent State. It is far more repressive now.
Yes their is a cause. Remember, you have family, you have friends.
You will not do them or any cause any good if you're found dead on the ground.
Raise you're voice; but do not raise you're fist.
Living to fight another day is nothing less than living to fight another day.

You don't seem to have any problems with anything going on as posted here:

Take the list you posted above to the 99% and see what actual people have to say, you may be surprised to learn that most of what is listed is not believed by most people.

You won't ever get an answer to that question. This is merely a political attempt to stand next to the "99 percent" label in the hopes that the association will rub off. That doesn't in any way imply actual alliance with their concerns.

It's that darned Third Way messaging problem again - needing to appeal to voters who care about progressive values and principles, while actively fighting to defend the corporatist and neocon policies that the 99 percent is protesting against. Hence, the absolute inability to answer your simple question.

I had to laugh at this post, too.

...the answer is right above your comment. You know, I have to ROTFLMAO at people who think they own the 99 percent. Anyone who believes that they can build a movement with a minority is a completely clueless.
