In a republic it's our choice not his. WE pick the candidate and they suggest a VP.

national candidate. If Biden wishes to still serve, UN Ambassador or St. James Court are two possibilities. SecState is also a very good job.

After reading her book, A Fighting Chance, I think she would be more comfortable as VP.
