The people of that town are taught that they are criminals. Michael Brown may have not been a model citizen, and why would that be? He's surviving in a place where the cops make people into criminals as a source of income, and from that picture, it starts at a very early age.

He is lucky all he got was arrested. I mean like people could see that and start thinking man Mike Brown wasn't much older than that. Some people might actually start to have empathy even and once you go down that road there is no turning back soon we might even have grand kids asking what racism used to be....
