Police: 93 Percent of People Arrested in Ferguson Not From Ferguson

FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) - Police have reported that 93 percent of those arrested in Ferguson early this week were not Ferguson residents, and 27 percent don’t live in Missouri.

Of 52 people arrested on Monday, only four were from Ferguson, seven from nearby Florissant and two from Jennings. There were 15 from the city of St. Louis and 14 from out of state, including Illinois, New york, California and Washington, D.C. Most were arrested for refusal to disperse.

Developing story; link is: http://stlouis.cbslocal.com/2014/08/19/police-93-percent-of-people-arrested-in-ferguson-not-from-ferguson/

KMOX has ongoing coverage: http://player.radio.com/listen/station/newsradio-1120-kmox

So does the St. Louis CBS TV station KMOV (not owned by CBS, unlike KMOX radio) http://www.kmov.com/home/KMOV-Live-Stream-129813793.html

For the last time, people have a right to gather where they please in the united states, it doesn't matter if they live down the block or 3000 miles away. Arrest the looters, arrest the people throwing rocks, shooting and setting fires but leave everyone else alone. Its still an open and free country and it shouldn't matter where someone is from, if they want to fly in to support something then so be it.

For far too long I've seen the term "outside agitator" or "outsider" used as an excuse to suppress outside support and isolate the suppressed from outside help.

We saw that term used a lot by police supporters during the Kelly Thomas protests in Fullerton.

They can take their "Outside agitators" spin and shove it up their anti-first amendment, police state loving asses.

The police officer also stuck a rifle in someone's face and said something like "I will kill you" on a different stream.
