Let's suppose you were a tall man that panicked after some form of confrontation with the police.

You run away and the police officer shoots after you while you are running, the officer takes a shot from the car first, then has to get out to continue shooting.

By then you're approximately 35 feet away from the car, you either get shot in a hand or arm or not and decide to turn around and raise your arms to surrender but the bullets keep coming.

What do you do?

The most logical explanation for me is that you instinctively either try to make yourself a smaller target by ducking or diving for the street hoping the officer stops shooting.

In the case of Brown I believe he tried to duck after initially raising his arms to surrender and this could explain why the final fatal bullet entered the top of his head.

stress witnesses can see things differently.

Perhaps Brown was doing something in between standing and kneeling, he was bending over to reduce his target profile?

Perhaps hypnosis could help the witnesses?

Either way(s) it would certainly appear that this cop was in a "hunting" mode.
